Nutrition Coaching

Many could benefit from my coaching. Whether you want to clean up your diet, improve your health, lose or gain weight, improve your relationship with food, gain food freedom, or various other reasons. Maybe you just need someone to keep you accountable. That is where I come along. With my support, I will provide you with the tools, insight and knowledge about nutrition and how to acquire a healthier lifestyle, based on my expertise.

 

My Approach:

  • I will work with your lifestyle and preference of eating and together, we will make minor changes that you can confidently implement consistently with ease.

  • I will provide you with the knowledge on what foods to incorporate more and what foods to be mindful of, to help you better reach your goals.

  • We will work together to find an approach that fits your lifestyle.

  • You will learn to eat in a way that will provide you with the proper fuel for your activity level (training or not), maintain optimal metabolic function, and keep your hormones balanced to maintain optimal energy levels and satiety.

  • We will talk about portion sizes and macronutrients, and how you may implement this knowledge towards eating to optimize training performance, recovery, and cognitive function.

  • We will incorporate foods you love and there will be no starvation involved. I do not provide meal plans, I may provide ideas and suggestions on how to make small improvements on your current meals. We are aiming to build long-term sustainable habits. It is a lifestyle, not a diet.

  • I will work with you to strategize and prepare on how to navigate social settings, eating out, holiday eating, cooking with a family, and all the nuances in life that can make eating healthy seem complicated.

  • Health is wealth. How you feel from the inside will always be our top priority with me as your coach.

60 Minute Zoom Call

$65

Package #1 

3 Months - $200/Month

This package includes: 

  • 60 minute initial session

  • Weekly 30 minute sessions

  • Weekly emailed session recaps on what was discussed including goals, etc.

  • Grocery list ideas, educational infographics and recipe ideas provided if needed


Package #2 

3 Months - $120/Month

This package includes:

  • 60 minute initial session

  • Bi-Weekly 30 minute sessions

  • Bi-Weekly emailed session recaps on what was discussed including goals, etc.

  • Grocery list ideas, educational infographics and recipe ideas provided if needed


*First 3 months are paid up front for all plans. Following this, plans can then be changed to monthly with no commitments or contracts. 

*Full time support through email or text. You can text or email me anytime you have any questions, concerns, or just need my support. I will answer within a timely manner! 

*All sessions are set up through Zoom.
